REFUND RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.

We work very hard every day to make sure our customers are happy with our products and services. It is our motto to never compromise on quality. However, certain circumstances may require returns or exchanges, you can read all about our return policy here.

We at Jacketist are committed to never compromising on quality and following a clear policy. We carefully pack and ship item(s) via DHL, USPS, and FedEx to ensure it reaches your address safely.

Kindly Note

Upon receiving your order, if you find any dissimilarity, defect or damage that may caused in transit then please report it to us within 3 days so we can promptly rectify the situation for you. We cannot offer a resolution if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.

Free Returns

Customers now have the option to exchange and return item(s) within 30 days for free. This offer is only valid in the United States.

Size issue

We highly suggest using our sizing chart before ordering any product from our website. In case the size is not accurate (runs small or big), don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@jacketist.com (within 48 hours).

If you have any confusion regarding our size chart, please let us know via email. Our team will assist you.

Color

Please note the color of the actual product may slightly differ due to differences in screen resolution.

Trial products

Any product ordered for trial purpose will not be exchanged or returned. If you like to review, or promote us on YouTube, blog site or any social channel with good number of visitors, please contact us at contact@jacketist.com with subject line “collaboration.”

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of order (If not Shipped) or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item’s amount.

Exchanges

Any item you purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • Fit is not accurate (runs big or small)
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with original tags)
  • Received item is different than what was ordered. (Required images with original tags)
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for.

Refunds

We allow customers to return their ordered product within 30 days of time. You can process your refund by sending email at contact@jacketist.com. Before you process your refund, please read the following guidelines.

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit. (Required images with attached tags)
  • No refund will be issued if the product is missing its original tags, packaging, damaged or used too many times by the customer.
Once we will receive the product at our Fulfillment Center accordingly, we will start the inspections process and within 48 Hours of receipt we will start the desired process of reimbursements. (Usually, the process of reimbursements can take 4 – 7 Working Days to reflect in the statement of your Original Payments Method)
To process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

Please note: If we receive an item and find that it has violated our exchange/return policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.

Postage and Packaging:

Our Free Shipping are offered at our own cost. We don’t provide shipping labels to customers who are willing to return their item. Products may ship from overseas warehouse. Please contact us at contact@jacketist.com to confirm the location for sending back the product.
